I have visited this store three times to purchase groceries, juices, and other household items. Every time, I noticed a large number of customers shopping here, which shows that people trust and prefer Reliance Smart for their purchases. However, the billing experience is very disappointing. Despite having long queues with 15–20 trolleys full of items, only two billing counters were actively operating. The billing process was also much slower compared to other supermarkets. On all three visits, I was unable to complete my purchase because of the excessive waiting time. I spent nearly 2 hours shopping and then had to wait another 45 minutes or more for billing. Eventually, I became frustrated and left without buying anything. I also noticed many other customers abandoning their baskets and trolleys due to the long billing queues. This issue needs immediate attention. Reliance Smart should open more billing counters and improve billing speed to reduce customer waiting time and provide a better shopping experience. The store has great products and attracts many customers, but the billing process is a major drawback.
